UPDATE: The Giant Escape 3 Hybrid now has full length mudguards and a rather lovely Topeak MTX bike bag which unzips to reveal 2 pannier bags. I mean come on ? Large 21” (53cm) Alu frame, 21 sp, Pannier rack, bell, frame pump, bottle cage. Dayglow Orange.
